According to The Old Farmer’s Almanac, Southern Ontario will see snow showers and mild flurries no later than a week into November. There is going to be a mixture of snow and rain throughout the month, making for dangerous driving conditions and the combination of precipitation and wind will definitely take a toll on some homes.

Winter is coming!

The Almanac also says that Southern Ontario will have a colder than normal winter with above average amounts of precipitation. The coldest periods will be in January and February, while the snowiest will be December, early January, and mid February. This is why it’s so important to prepare for the winter throughout November.
