You Missed Your Chance to Own at The Towns at Emerald City

If you were looking for a new townhome in the Emerald City master-plan in North York by ELAD Canada, we’re afraid you’re out of luck. There were just 11 residences in The Towns at Emerald City collection, and they’ve all sold. All of these townhomes are nearly 2,000 square feet and will soon be home to 11 happy families. Luckily for you, there are still a few condo suites available at Dream Tower and The Colours of Emerald City.
In the constructed first phase of the Emerald City master-plan, Emerald City 1 is sold out and Emerald City 2 is 99% sold. There is however a great selection of suites in the third tower, Dream Tower, which are available for immediate occupancy. The majority of the remaining suites are two-bedroom plans, but there is a one-bedroom+den plan available. The suites range from 741 to 1,265 square feet, and prices start in the mid $300,000s.

A few of the interior features and finishes at Dream Tower include 9’ and 10’ ceilings, porcelain tile flooring, flat panel contemporary cabinetry, quartz or granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Dream Tower also has some great amenities, such as an indoor pool, a fitness centre, a party room, and an outdoor terrace with a barbecue area.
The first building in the second phase of the master-plan is called The Colours of Emerald City. Construction is scheduled to commence this summer, so time is running out to get in on preconstruction pricing. This residence will be a 13-storey condo designed by WZMH Architects, with superb interiors by the award-winning firm II BY IV Design Associates.
The amenities of The Colours of Emerald City will be shared with a second building in the phase, which is coming soon. A few of the amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness facility, HIS and HERS saunas, a pool, a patio and terrace with barbecue areas and space to dine al fresco, a party room and lounge, a screening room, and a games room for hanging out with friends and neighbours.
The suites of The Colours of Emerald City will feature a balcony or terrace, 9’ ceilings, granite or quartz countertops, and either fully integrated or stainless steel appliances. The floor plans are all one- and two-bedrooms, many of which feature den space. The suites range from 495 to 840 square feet, and prices start in the mid $200,000s.

There’s a very good reason the first two condo towers of Emerald City and the townhomes sold so quickly - it’s because of the location at Don Mills Road and Sheppard Avenue. Emerald City is across the street from all the shops and service of Fairview Mall, the subway station is within a few steps of every building in the master-plan, and the DVP/404 is easily accessible. All the amenities of downtown Toronto are just a metropass swipe away.
ELAD Canada recognized this intersection as one that would be desirable to all sorts of buyers, from singles to young couples, families, and empty nesters. The fact that families are eyeing Emerald City is proven by the townhomes selling so quickly. The location perfectly balances the needs and wants of everyone, which makes for a dynamic and vibrant community.
